White Collar and Financial Crimes

We are often asked to represent persons who are under investigation for business related charges. One of our federal criminal defense attorneys is a former Series 7 & 66 licensed securities dealer with experience dealing with issues related to those types of cases. Many of our cases have involved financial crimes, such as bank fraud, securities fraud, mail fraud and deposit structuring. They have also included cases involving false statements to investigators, to which government prosecutors often resort when they have insufficient evidence of other crimes.
